On December 21, 2017, the Emirati-French Cultural Programme – Dialogue with the Louvre Abu Dhabi unveiled its last opus: the exhibition “Co-Lab: contemporary art & savoir-faire”. The exhibition will run intil Mai 6, 2018

On December 21, 2017, the Emirati-French Cultural Programme – Dialogue with the Louvre Abu Dhabi unveiled its last opus: the exhibition “Co-Lab: contemporary art & savoir-faire”.

Combining the know-how of four historic manufacturers with the creativity of four UAE-based artists, “Co-Lab” is truely a collaborative project, a skills workshop whose result is exhibited until Mai 6, 2018 in the Louvre Abu Dhabi museum, at the Lower plaza.

The four original artworks were created by Zeinab Alhashemi and the Verrerie de Saint-Just / Saint-Gobain; Vikram Divecha with MTX – Broderie Architecturale; Talin Hazbar together with Sèvres – Manufacture et Musées nationaux and Khalid Shafar with the Manufactures des Gobelins, de Beauvais et de la Savonnerie.
