Two new booklets produced by Business France [fr]

Do you know that France is Europe’s leading country for innovation, with 10 French companies or institutions among the world’s top 100 most innovative organizations?

How often must we state that France is Europe’s leading recipient for foreign investment in industry? How many people are aware that a third of French manufacturing exports are generated by foreign-owned companies? And that France is Europe’s leading country for innovation, with 10 French companies or institutions among the world’s top 100 most innovative organizations? Or that France is Europe’s second largest center for venture capital, home to one-fifth of all such transactions throughout the continent?

These two books highlight these facts and have been published by Business France. They have been distributed this summer during Aix-en-Provence’s Rencontres économiques:

The Business France White Paper

The Business France White Paper sets out where France stands in international rankings, highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of the French economy, perceptions of which are often shaped by popular misconceptions and partisan readings of attempts to make meaningful international comparisons.

The Business France ‘Tech Book’

The Business France ‘Tech Book’ seeks to examine France’s place in a competitive environment and to provide an overview of the French entrepreneurial ecosystem, encompassing both its strengths and weaknesses, in a bid to distinguish between apprehension, perception, and reality. It is also a way for Business France to identify the action that needs to be taken to make French SMEs more competitive as it supports them in their international development and works to position France as an attractive destination for innovative talent.
